What to do if you can't log in?

1. Use the "I don't remember my password" option

If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in, go to the login page and click the option "I don't remember my password". Enter your email address assigned to your account and we will send you an email with a link to set a new password.

Attention: If you do not receive a message within a few minutes, check the "Spam" and "Offers" folders in your email inbox. The link to change your password is only valid for a limited time.

What to do if you suspect that someone else has taken over your account?

If you have reason to believe that someone unauthorized has logged into your account, immediately take the following steps:

1. Immediately reset your password

  • If you still have access to your account - change your password immediately after login.

  • If you can no longer log in - use the "I don't remember my password" option to set a new, strong password.

  • Make sure the new password is different from the previous one and is not used on other sites.
