Withdrawal from a distance contract

We make every effort to ensure that shopping in our store is convenient and safe. However, if for any reason you decide that you want to cancel the purchased product – you have every right to do so.

Under applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. Therefore, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you may return them to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

Who is entitled to the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers and natural persons running a sole proprietorship who make a purchase not directly related to their professional activity.

This does not apply to companies and institutions that make purchases for business or professional purposes.

How to submit a withdrawal statement?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement. You can:

use our ready-made withdrawal form (available on the website or sent upon request),
or write a statement yourself, including the necessary information: name and surname, order number, date of purchase, e-mail address, phone number, product name, date of receipt of the shipment, and a declaration of your intention to withdraw from the contract.

The document can be sent:

in paper form, by including it in the returned package,
or electronically to the address: kontakt@sellbest.pl.

Please pack the shipment carefully and secure it against possible damage during transport. In the case of returning large or heavy items, we encourage you to contact us before sending the package to arrange the details.

Make a return in 3 simple steps!

1 Print the form Generate the return documents along with address labels, then print them.

2 Send the package Place the packed goods together with the return document in a box and seal it well.

3 Refund You will receive a refund within 7 days of our receipt of the return.

Details regarding the steps to submit a return:

Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the item you wish to return;
In the following steps select return by clicking on the “Use store shipments” option and choose the method in which you want to receive your refund;
Generate the return documents along with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
Place the packed goods together with the return document into the shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods.
The refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, will be made within 7 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its dispatch.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and in no way limits it.
