2. Quick step-by-step solutions
2.1 Check login details
Turn off Caps Lock and make sure the keyboard works in Polish.
Copy the login from a previous message from us (such as an order confirmation) and paste it into the email field to avoid typos.
2.2 Reset password
On the login page, click "I don't remember my password".
Enter the email address assigned to your account and click "Send link".
Check your mailbox (also Spam/Offers) and find a message from no-reply@sellbest.en.
Click the link within 60 min and set a new strong password (min.8 characters, upper and lower case letters, numbers, special character).
Tip: if the message does not arrive, add the domain sellbest.en to the list of trusted senders or try using an alternative address assigned to your account.
2.3 Wait the safety lock
After many unsuccessful login attempts, the account is temporarily blocked. After an hour, try again or use password reset.
2.4 Solve problems with two-factor authentication (2FA)
Check phone coverage (for SMS codes) or correct device time (for TOTP application).
Ask to send new code.
Use one-time backup codes, saved offline while turning on 2FA.
If the problem persists, contact us to temporarily disable 2FA (after identity verification).
2.5 Check your browser and connection
Clear cache and cookies or enable incognito mode.
Disable add-ons that block scripts (AdBlock, NoScript).
Try a different browser or device.
Disable VPNs / proxies that may be blocked by the security system.
Check for technical work. In this case, the home page should show a clear message about it.
2.6 Confirm email address
If you see a message about an unconfirmed address, click "Resend activation link" and use the new link (valid for 24 hours).
